WHAT WE DO

Since 2006, Paradigmax has been helping foreign shareholders of businesses in Brazil and Latin America to understand and address major changes, always in respect of international compliance rules.

Three main lines of business:

Leading changes

Restructuring, M&A or asset disposal are some of the major changes that a business could go through during its life cycle, especially in a volatile and highly insecure environment, thousands of miles from Corporate Headquarters. These fundamental but delicate evolutions need to be managed with extreme and professional caution. Over years, Paradigmax has been developing a deep understanding of the local and regional ecosystems thanks to great field knowledge on crises and transitions.

Lighthouse in the storm

Shareholder representation, board member

Paradigmax takes care of the Shareholders’ interests, assists businesses and investors in their negotiations or disputes in Brazil, or Latin America. Paradigmax reinforces global governance by offering the benefits of proximity to reduce systemic or circumstantial risk exposure.

Bridge in the mist

Interim executive managers

Paradigmax offers the services of highly qualified executives, able to handle complex situations, provide quick diagnostics and who are immediately able to communicate with our customers under situation of stress and urgency.
